Sign-on days:  The will be no sign on day this year, as all registrations are done online. 

Grading Day: MCNC Grading is the 11th and 12th of February. Only divisional players have to attend grading.

Online Registration Troubleshooting

(Don’t forget – email Janine McClennan  if these tips don’t help)

  1. I have played netball for Mountain Creek (or another club) but I don’t have my Participant ID ((also called Login ID) or password.

    This may be because you have changed your email recently. If this is the case you will need to email  , so your details can be edited with netball Queensland. If you haven’t changed your email recently try the following:

    1. Click the appropriate blue link – fill in the ‘First Time Participant’ box and push the FIND ME link.
    2. Your name should be generated under the heading “is this you?” On the right hand side of your name will be an orange “Forgotten PWD” tab. Click on this.
    3. A password-reset link will come up. Fill in your email details, click and then an email will be sent to you.
    4. This email will contain a grid with your Participant/Log-in ID on the left and a blue “click to change” link on the right. This will take you to a page where you can generate a password. Using your Participant’s ID/Login ID and your new password, click the appropriate blue link on the above page again and fill in the Return Users box.
  2. When I click the Blue link, I’m taken to the sign-on page however the “Return User” box doesn’t appear. 

    Apparently this happens in certain browsers. Click the FIND ME button and the “Return User” box will appear. Use this box to sign-in if you have ever played netball for a club before.
